Adds folia support

Pinned - Folia does not support the conversations API that spigot implements and is used throughout the spigot implementation of this plugin. In order to get folia to work, it involves either rewriting to not use the conversations api - or wait for conversations api support.

For now, will wait and address later.

Behaviour already partially implemented - see branch.
