Make PDF rendering pluggable with iText or PDFBox #266

Now that iText is no longer open source, and has spread FUD regarding the 
provenance of older versions that still have open licensing, flying-saucer is 
no longer open for anyone wishing to generate PDF files without fear of lawyers.

It would be nice if you could create an instance of PDFRenderer, and it would 
determine if old iText, new iText, or PDFBox was in the classpath and use 
whichever one was appropriate.
