Remove Wiki docs and point them to the website #6

There's been a lot of work in the library recently to make it easier to persist state, easily create view models, and perform DI in their factories. The wiki has not yet been updated to reflect these changes.

Once the new changes are finalized, update the Wiki with best practices on how to use this library.

Some changes are not yet final, so it might take a while before a proper wiki update can be made.

I'm moving the project documentation from the wiki to the project's new website at https://haroldadmin.github.io/Vector

I shall remove the wiki docs in a few days and add a link to the site on it.
