when answering calls with speak callerID enabled the ringer volume changes after the call. #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure that speak caller ID is enabled.
2. Call your phone.
3. Let Talkback speak your phone number.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Talkback should just 
announce your caller ID information with out changing the ringer volume after 
you answer the call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version of talkback android 4.2.2 Nexus4

Please provide any additional information below.

All logic related to ringer volume adjustments was removed in TalkBack 3.5.0 
due to this flakiness.
