No scrolling auditory cues in the G+ app #279

Conditions:
- Latest Google+ app.
- TalkBack 3.3.2 and 3.4Ba
- Android 4.1.1

The auditory cues for scrolling, especially on the main stream/timeline view do 
not work, neither does autoscrolling. This makes it very difficult to skim 
through the stream for information. In contrast, scrolling seems to work 
correctly in the "People" view.

This appears to be an application accessibility issue and outside the scope of 
the eyes-free project.  I've reported this issue to the relevant team.
