Problem reading (ÅÄÖ) e-mail

in Android 4.3 and even earyer there is a problem to read The Swedish letters 
ÅÄÖ in the body-text feeld. ackording to sighted persons they say it looks 
as it should, with talkback it don't.
Android 4.3 and the latest talkback.   What steps will reproduce the problem?

This will come down to the text to speech engine your device is using.  You'll 
want to make sure you're using an engine that supports your language.  TalkBack 
simply instructs to TTS engine to speak content as it appears on the screen.
