What is the problem? Describe completely:
The 'Move To' toolbar button has gone missing since the most recent update to
Minimalist. I do not have the 'Hide Move To button' option checked. I tried
turning it on, saving and turning it back off.

Minimalist version - 0.6.3, Gmail dashboard v3.0.0
Relevant core module -
Chrome version - 24.0.1312.52 m
Operating System - Windows 7 SP1
Language - English (United States)
Google Apps user? - Yes
Other extensions - AdBlock

The Move To button does not appear after selecting e-mails in the folder view,
nor does it appear while reading an e-mail.

The Minimalist options I have enabled are:
Main
    Icons
        Hide unstarred stars
        Show descriptive attachment icons
    Ads
        Hide sidebar ads
        Hide bottom ads
        Hide zero-inbox message
Sidebar
    Chat
        Hide Call phone button
        Hide statuses
Footer
    Legal
        Hide legal

I discovered that toggling 'Hide Call phone button' brings Move To (along with
Report Spam, and Archive buttons, which I hadn't noticed were also missing)
back into the toolbar. I tried toggling all the other options I had turned on
and 'Hide Call phone button' seems to be the one directly effecting it.

I also updated to the latest version of Chrome, which had no effect.
