In the R_RESET_DEV register specification, it doesn't mention whether a harp reply is issued. What should the defined behavior be in this case?

If the RST_DEF bit is asserted from a PC-to-Device Harp write message, does the device issue a harp reply? Does this reply happen before or after the reset takes place?
