Add test suite for scanner.go

Purpose

Create a comprehensive test suite for the scanner.go file to ensure the scanDirectoryRecursive function works correctly under various scenarios.

Description

This pull request adds a new file scanner_test.go in the root directory that implements the following test cases for the scanDirectoryRecursive function:

• Test scanning an empty directory
• Test scanning a directory with no image files
• Test scanning a directory with only image files
• Test scanning a directory with mixed file types
• Test scanning a directory with subdirectories containing images
• Test handling of different image extensions (.jpg, .jpeg, .png)
• Test error handling for inaccessible directories or files

Additionally, the README.md file has been updated to mention the new test suite for scanner.go.
