All S3 methods and data structures in harpIO #26

Since the harmonisation of reading data through the read_forecast() function, many of the S3 methods and associated classes defined in harpPoint will work for spatial data as well as point data. harpPoint is therefore not the correct package to keep these in and all of them should be moved to harpIO.

This will now be done with a new package harpMethods, that all harp packages will depend on.
