Error in read_obs_convert when reading vobs-file with no synop data #73

Reading in a vobs-file containing no synop data with read_obs_convert fails:

Error: Problem with `mutate()` input `obs`.
✖ line 1 did not have 2 elements
ℹ Input `obs` is `purrr::map(.data$file_name, read_func, ...)`.
Run `rlang::last_error()` to see where the error occurred.

The error seems related to the 0 on the second line (indicating that there are zero variables for SYNOP-data, if I'm not mistaken). Such a file is attached here vobs2021022321.txt
