Disable table counting in "caption" parameter of "latex" function #105

Hi,

If we use latex function to output a data frame, there will always Table 1: XXX, Table 2: XXX if we specify caption = "XXX" in the latex function. Is there a way to disable this counting? I just want to have XXX as the only caption.
