Er is wordt waarde van de lading van mijn Ring deurbel batterij weergegeven. Voor mijn Neato werkt het wel. Verder heb ik geen Devices met batterij voeding.

It's probably the Ring doorbell app not correctly reporting the battery status to Homey and not an issue of the battery monitor app. This app does not request any info from the devices... Do you see the battery status in the Ring doorbell device?

In the ring app the status is 99%. In the monitor I get -
