Stream mp3 while downloading #3

I'm not sure how this would work. Just some things to think about:

Streams API
S3 partNumber param
MediaStream

Set audio source to S3 url
This should stream as it comes in (double check this)
Access source as a blob
Save to opfs

I'm not sure if that's possible. There's also an issue of what happens if the player is stopped or site closed during the download (this is an issue no matter what)? I could probably download the rest of the file later.

Since we're not downloading the files automatically anymore (or, for now), this is done.
