This is a tiered task:

[ ] CSS to limit image width to something reasonable
[x] Eleventy code to scale images down and ideally provide different sizes per screen size
[x] Eleventy shortcode to generate a nice gallery layout for multiple images in a row

Added a basic {% imagegrid %} shortcode that puts images in a flexbox, but could do much better.

The responsive image code also has a lot of room for improvement.
