btCompoundCompoundCollisionAlgorithm.cpp & btHashedSimplePairCache.cpp are not 
being compiled into the visual studio 2010 project

How do you generate the visual studio project? Using premake or cmake?

I just realised i just updated my working copy, i didn't regenerate the project 
files, sorry.
