Description of Issue
For clients and customers, it would be better to mention their concerns, needs / expectations, how are they affected by the development, deployment of the project, how do they contribute to the projects. More details would give reader a better understanding of the impact of the project.
For personas, it would be better to add a few more personas of different users as radiologist is not the only user of this project. Patients, Technologists, Nurses are also important users. This would help make it easier to design solutions that are tailored to users' needs, and also help ensure the product remains user-focused.
