This adds some viz for our matrix-valued kSFS and \mu. Examples:

96-dimensional \mu with the first 10 mutation types as a pulse, the next 10 a ramp, and the rest flat
96-dimensional kSFS (simulated from the \mu above)
z-scores for the fit to the kSFS using an inferred \mu (Poisson random field defines mean and std)

It would be nice to see a visualization of the inferred mu like the one show above

@kharris The above commit updates test.ipynb to include the inferred mu heatmap
