Change article count also with number keys #36

Currently after entering an item, item count can only be changed with +/- keys 
by steps of one. It should be possible to enter a new count with number keys 
and +.

fixed (r104): '+'/'-' keys allow only +1 / -1 item @ ticket line - ie. 
adding/removing more items (count given by number) is not allowed

+/- without number entry now did not work anymore. Fixed.
Adding/subtracting with +/- is too high sophisticated.
Changed to a simpler variant as I had thought it: replace the current count by 
the entered one with + key only.
Verified OK.
