Predefined values for most used cases.

Details: Ticket search defaults to current date and time.
In most cases 0:00 in the morning would be more useful, as the default now will
never find any ticket.

What is Ticket search? Is it:
* Main -> Edit sales -> Search?
or
* Administration -> Sales -> *?

For the first case - fields are always empty.
In Administration, upon re-entry to given window(s), values remain from
previous use (but they do not survive restart of application it seems).

Should we also execute search with given default values (as we have done for
customers (r25))?

r41
- I set there interval of last 7 days (tickets are sorted with new on top, its
maybe better to have tickets from more days - unless there are thousands of
them)
- search is also executed immediately

OK, I can still ask the people what they want and adjust the number of days.
One common case is to fix something that went wrong on the same day, that was
the idea behind "today preselected".
At least it makes more sense now. Before it was "now" preselected, which can
never find anything.
