In Roary software, the file core_gene_alignment.aln with the head of the file core_alignment_header.embl.
The piggy software only had core_IGR_alignment.fasta without core_alignment_header.embl.
So I don't know how the core IGRs are connected. Is there any way to know the link order of core IGR?
