udhcpd does not start on boot #10

for some reason manually starting udhcpd via ssh is required before devices can connect

Adding sleep 10 to the top of /etc/init.d/udhcpd, after the comments, worked for me. Apparently the process has to start after the initialization of certain network tools.

Has this been merged? or one needs to still do this? I get the same issue 19/01/17
