Added a confirmation - needed as apt-get is now silent and changes may occur without users knowledge (as per man page suggestion).

Made the update of package lists silent.

PLEASE TEST BEFORE PULLING. I have made these changes on my Chromebook and cannot test them. It should work but please double check.

Added comments on config files to let them know where they came from.
