First line of code not highlighted for some languages

In some embedded languages the first line of code does not get highlighted. In some cases this depends on the content of the first line.

This is known to affect the following languages:

• c
• cpp
• cuda-cpp
• dockerfile
• jade
• makefile
• objective-c
• objective-cpp
• pip-requirements
• shellscript
