insertAdjacentHTML error in ie 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using beauty tips on ie 8 (no problem with FF)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Get a Ballon Tooltip and thrown an exception "htmlfile: Fuente HTML no
válida para esta operación." (in spanish ie)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Excanvas r3 - Windows XP SP2
