Sort by presence of RDA fields #17

Victoria Morris suggested this and backed up by EH. RDA is the new cataloguing standard (~2010) that replaced AACR2, any records that have RDA fields are likely to be more modern.

Need to establish a list of RDA vs MARC fields that can filter/sort on. e.g. 336-8/264
