Drop duplicates based on 001 field #18

Shouldn't be any duplicates based on OCLC ID (001 MARC field)

I'm pretty sure there aren't any duplicates on this field, using the API should have resolved any issues as clearer what results are coming back? Unsure whether to drop duplicates or not, as there being duplicates would indicate an error in my processing I think more likely than an error in the results

API search shouldn't be returning any duplicate fields. However checking for any duplicates in the oclc querying notebook as of a452939c3b29590f067c4369753d56050ea26c36
