Improve explanation of app process and data sources

There should be:

a brief intro at the start that explains what the user is expected to do. This could or could not include an explanation of cataloguing, or it could assume that the user is a cataloguer and just needs pointers as to what the data is and how to use the app
a tooltip/other hidden display that explains how Worldcat matches were collected
