Mailto Protocol Problems #15

1) You have to enter mailto://email@domain.com otherwise it will put an 
http:// in front of it. This will cause problems as many people use just 
mailto:email@domain.com.

2) When shortening mailto links, it adds a slash to the end, so the email 
client ends up trying to send the email to email@domain.com/

It'll be fixed in version beta 3.
