Hi there not sure if this is a gbm only issue but gbm library failed to load and I got this error.
Error : .onAttach failed in attachNamespace() for 'gbm', details: call: formatDL(nm, txt, indent = max(nchar(nm, "w")) + 3) error: incorrect values of 'indent' and 'width'
Luckily someone else who had the problem had solved it already. Turns out it was because my RStudio console window was too small. See here for details. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29151985/unable-to-attache-the-library-gbm-to-the-r-project
