Roboto fonts not usable in Microsoft Windows enviroment #233

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the Roboto fonts family (Windows 7)
2. Start using Microsoft Word (2010/2013)
3.Select Roboto Fonts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Word shows only "Roboto" in the Fonts selector and uses only the first
installed fonts type. Even so it is possible to select another type in the
fonts property menue the chosen type is not shown/used.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version

Any update on this? It has been over a year and the issue still exists!!

The issue still is present even in the newest version of Roboto.
