Can't Install Tortoise #258

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click On Install on the .exe file
2.Accept the TOU
3.Wait for installation to proceed
4.Get the message attached

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation of Tortoise. I see the message attached

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest, downloaded from Google site, on Windows 7 Mozilla Firefox
