v4.1.2 PC & Mobile - New Request - Include Notify Customer flag like new request #229

The flag should be displayed when the SRF has an auto customer notification setup and then enables the value to be changed from yes to no or vice versa - web service should determine when to display. If changed to no auto customer notifications will be sent for this request. If left as yes then email address must be validated traveller notify customer new request traveller notify customer flag
