v4.1.2 - Mobile - Search - Can we include advanced search to enable multiple search criteria to be entered? similiar to PC

At a minimum require the following fields:

• SRF
• from and to date range
• given name and surname
• house number, street name and suburb
• facility name

1. basic - bottom menu missing when search on screen
2. advanced - each time I search returns error please narrow your search - I was trying from date = 2/2/15 and surname = mcallister and there is only 1 result in pc
3. include facilty type above facility name in facility section
4. include phone number and email fields in name section under surname
5. include request description in request details section under dates
6. Rename advance button to advanced

all the above fixed but a few more issues:

1. when clicking on request from results it opens view request but if you use back arrow you are taken to search but all results removed. It should go back to results list
2. when search complete and results returned, are you able to automatically move the page down to top of search results otherwise it looks like nothing has happened
3. address search - the address value in results list is blank e.g. 1 adams ave
4. facility search - facility value in results list is blank e.g. hastings park
5. Swap positions for to and from dates
6. request details - include count only field after request description and default value to No

remaining issue is to enable viewing request and then going back to the search results list
