macOS like 3 finger drag

Is it possible to do 3 finger drag like this? Personally I prefer using 4 fingers for changing the workspaces and other actions and reserve 3 fingers for dragging and highlighting things. It is one of the things I miss out the most from my macOS days.

At the very least please add this as an option! I'm used to Windows/macOS gestures (three fingers up to get to the overview, three fingers down to show desktop)
