Hover on Footer links & icons

Describe the feature

The links & respective social media icons in the footer do not have any good effects. I would want to add some underline and hover effects in the footer, plus all the social media icons when hovered on would get the color of their real logo color composition which would make it look a whole lot better. Plus the input bar at the side needs to be reformed a bit too. Kindly assign me this issue under the GSSoC 24 label.
