Describe the feature

using that chatbot users can ask queries related to that shoes compare different shoes etc..... add level 2 or 3.

the chatbot will be right bottom fixed .

@harshalhonde21 can you assign this to me under gssoc'24 . seems like admin is not working on it anymore. I will add this feature
