Fix Issue of Multiple adding of Cart Items in cart

Description

i made changes in 4 pages

cart.jsx => here I remove function of fetchcart item and make it global in cartContext,jsx.
productDetail.jsx => I added a check for if item is already added or not and make changes according to it
cartContext.jsx => i make fetchCartitem function global and exported it .
productDetail.css => added some CSS for Go to Cart Button Since there is issue with cart items so i make fetchCartitems global and exported it as children from cart context and there are some changes in product details page

I don't understand what's the problem code is working fine
