LocalGameScreen should have a background in it. #48

Whether the background is put within the screen itself or within LocalGameContainer doesn't matter all that much. Unsure if we should make the design more hex pills, or something entirely different.

At the very least, it should somehow fill the space that LoadGameContainer and CreateGameContainer take up when they're both not on the screen, while also providing a nice backdrop to them when they are on the screen.
