Added Deep learning algorithm written from scratch . It will help beginners to get a grasp of the concept more easily . This is my contribution towards Hackotberfest 2021.

As we were merging algorithms and coding tasks at a basic level. Our repo has been reported by someone and it is no longer being valid. :(
