"Explore Jobs by Category" section done. #23

Hey Harshita didi , I have designed the "Explore Jobs by Category" section with necessary UI responsiveness and job cards. This is my first contribution to an open source project, so please do apologize me for any mistakes committed and do inform me the same so that I can rectify it.
