Label on Hover for NavBar #132

Current Navbar
When user hover over any icon (on medium or bigger sized devices only) then a small textbox appear which describes that icon.
Icon Labels: [Favorites, Notifications, Credits, Profile] in order.
Label should look something like this

@Ishwarendra Can you please tell how to access the page where this navbar is present. I have setup both frontend and backend but cannot find this navbar

Yes @Nikhil7174 .. assigned! You can take inspiration from PWoC website Project card (When you hover over GitHub or live preview icon you will see label)
