Need to find out why DARS-Dec2.jar did not run in the computer lab across from the fish bowl. #20

This version works on my windows XP, windows 7. Also saw it working on Seth's 
computer (Fedora I think). 

It refused to run on the machines in that lab. 

Need to figure out if this is still a problem.

FWIW: 
--- I just tested the latest release on a Windows 7 (64 bit) box with:
Jave version 1.6.0_10
Java SE Runtime buiild 1.6.0_18_b07
Java HotSpot 64-bit VM 16.0-b13, mixed mode

and it worked like a charm.

Suspect that it was a splash screen issue. No longer a problem on newer 
releases.
