Clearing the simulation #3

When the simulation is stopped and then cleared, while the main panel returns 
to its nominal state, the log window correctly displays the fact that the 
simulation has been cleared, however, the 'Simulation Type' and 'Quantum' 
labels retain their old values. 

They should return to their nominal values.
