.eot file of pacifico font corrupted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use internet explorer
2. browse http://www.google.com/fonts/ search for "pacifo" and preview text 
"éàèîtest"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the accentuated caracters wont show in internet explorer but will show in 
firefox or chrome

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

internet explorer 10

Please provide any additional information below.

the .woff file is fine but eot is corrupted. reencoding .eot font with 
http://www.fontsquirrel.com/ and using a local copy of the file works

font is "pacifico" not "pacifo" sorry :p
