Personal Info - SAVE and CLEAR not working #24

Just noticed that when I change personal info and click save, then when I refresh the screen changes are not saved. Also when I press clear, nothing happens. If I delete all fields and press clear, all the old information will reappear.

it works fine on my computer. someone please double check
