Bioconda recipe #26

Hi, I'm interested in adding bagel2 to bioconda. Is the current release (v2.0-115 from August) still the recommended stable release?

Thank you for your suggestion. Sounds interesting! Yes. BAGEL v2.0-115 is the stable release version currently. Let me know if you have further questions.

Ok perfect! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help, I did a conda recipe a long time ago so can try to whip my knowledge back up :D
