Reminder about Flask branch #60

I've seen lots of updates to EnTAP. That's great! I just wanted to post a reminder to not forget about the flask branch. We are currently using that branch for our Entap-NF workflow (https://github.com/SystemsGenetics/EnTAPnf) and it would be great to have those fixes merged in :-) We may get some really bad merge conflicts the longer it takes.
