Great package and resource. Are there any plans to make some of these plots interactive with some of the R htmlwidgets (e.g. plotly or highchartr)? This would undoubtedly easy the QC inspection process if the HTLML files don't get too big. This is one of the advantages of MultiQC, but it doesn't integrate all the metrics you offer.
