LINX clusters for patients #351

I tried to run LINX for more samples belonging to the same patient but it seems LINX performs all operations singularly and then just merges the results. Is it possible to make it work so that it executes the clustering on more samples to find common clusters?

Sorry. There is no multi-sample support right now.
